Welcome to Dime Guitarz EU. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Contract") govern your use of our website located at eu.dimeguitarz.com ("Website", "Service") and form a legally binding Distance Contract between the operator of the store and the purchaser ("User", "Customer", "You").

2. Eligibility & Product Information

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or possess legal capacity under Latvian law to enter into binding transactions.

  • We make every effort to display the colors, features, and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, the visual appearance may vary slightly based on your device's display settings.

  • All product prices listed on the website are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include the statutory Latvian Value Added Tax (PVN) where applicable. Shipping costs are explicitly calculated and displayed separately during checkout.

3. Order Placement & Conclusion of Contract

  • An order is considered placed when you select your items, complete the checkout form, accept these Terms, and click the Pay Now  button.

  • The Distance Contract between you and us becomes active and legally binding the moment you receive an automated Order Confirmation Email from us.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, clear errors in pricing or descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund within 3 business days.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • In accordance with Latvian consumer laws, the risk of loss or accidental damage to the product transfers to you the moment you or a designated third party receives physical custody of the goods from the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Returns)

As a consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw from this Distance Contract within 14 calendar days without providing any justification.

7. Product Warranty & Statutory Claims (Neatbilstība)

In accordance with Section 27 of the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law:

  • You have the legal right to submit a claim for any product that does not comply with the terms of the contract (manufacturing defects, incorrect items) within 2 years (24 months) from the date of delivery.

  • For defects discovered within the first year of delivery, the defect is legally presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise by us.

  • To file a warranty claim, contact us at info@rock-distribution.com with your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and a description/photo of the defect. We will evaluate the claim and offer a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund in accordance with local regulations.

We prioritize the protection of your personal data. All processing of personal information provided by you during the checkout process (such as your name, delivery address, phone number, and email) is managed strictly in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

  • Any disputes arising from this contract will be prioritized for resolution via mutual, good-faith negotiations.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached, you have the right to submit an official complaint to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) at Brīvības iela 55, Rīga, LV-1010 (www.ptac.gov.lv). Alternatively, EU residents can utilize the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by publishing updates directly to our website. It is your responsibility to review our website periodically for updates. The terms in effect at the exact moment you place your order will apply to that specific purchase.
