Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dime Guitarz EU. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in the Republic of Latvia.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or telephone.

  • If you are pre-ordering some products we will send you information when we should have item in stock in 2-3business days.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of generation.

3. Damaged Parcels & Transfer of Risk

In accordance with Consumer Protection Laws, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with us (the seller) until you or a designated third party takes physical possession of the items.

  • Inspecting your package: Upon receiving your package (especially via courier or at a parcel machine), please inspect the outer packaging carefully.

  • What to do if damaged: If you notice visible damage to the box/packaging, please take photos immediately. If delivered by courier, please sign the delivery document indicating that the packaging is damaged, or refuse the delivery. Contact our support team within 24 hours at info@rock-distribution.com with your order number and photo evidence so we can issue a replacement or refund.

4. Unclaimed Parcels

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed from a parcel machine within the maximum storage period (usually 7 days for Omniva/DPD) or because an incorrect delivery address was provided:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

  • We reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee of 25 EUR to cover the additional carrier costs.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Within the EU: No customs duties apply for deliveries within the European Union. Prices include Latvian Value Added Tax (PVN) where applicable.
